1. Personal data we collect and why
INVEST NEWS GLOBAL collects the minimum personal data (name, contact number, email) needed to receive tips, respond to inquiries and send newsletters. Collected data is never used for any purpose other than the ones stated.
2. Retention period
Personal data is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled. Data submitted with tips and inquiries is kept for three months after review is complete. Where retention is required by applicable law, the data is kept for the period that law prescribes.
3. Third-party provision and processing
We do not provide personal data to outside parties without the user's prior consent. Where processing is outsourced for service operations, we disclose the processor and the scope of the outsourced work.
4. Your rights and our data protection officer
