Copyright Policy

Purpose

This copyright policy sets out the correct way to use the works provided within the services of INVEST (the "Company") in compliance with copyright law and other legislation, and other necessary matters.

Article 1. Notice of copyright policy

The Company complies with copyright law and other legislation. All content provided through the Company's services (articles, photographs, graphics, video, audio, attachments, database information and more) is protected by copyright law and, unless a separate copyright notice or other source is indicated, belongs in principle to the Company.

Content created directly by users, in which copyright belongs to the user, and works used with proper permission and with copyright and source indicated, are excluded from the Company's works. The Company may delete posts that it recognizes as infringing copyright or other rights, or as violating its policies or applicable law.

Article 2. User obligations

Users must comply with copyright law and other legislation; violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of use. All works within the service may not be reproduced, published, transmitted, distributed, sold, modified or broadcast without the Company's permission. Even when permission has been granted, works may not be altered beyond simple error correction, and the source must be indicated.

Article 3. Action on infringing posts

Rights in posts uploaded by users (opinions, comments, questions, video, files, links and more) belong to the rights holder, and the user is responsible for any problems arising from them. The Company may suspend or delete posts that violate copyright law or other legislation. A rights holder who believes their copyright has been infringed within the service may request suspension and deletion of the work. Users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other laws may have their account suspended.

Article 4. Requests to restore a post
